Paul Telford

Director & General Counsel

Formerly Group General Counsel at PokerStars, Paul has over 18 years' experience in the sector. In his role at the company, he provides legal and regulatory advice, deals with key parties such as external counsel, and provides strategic direction.


John Spellman


Formerly Managing Director of HBOS Financial Services and a Special Advisor to the Isle of Man Government, John has extensive international experience in banking, fund management and accountancy, and now leads on the finance and overall business strategy of Annexio.


Michael Hazel

Non-Executive Director

Formerly CEO at the Rational Group, CFO at PokerStars, and Finance Director at Microsoft, Michael has over 25 years’ experience in the technology and online sectors, and brings valuable international perspective and insight to the Board.


Sebastien Jeanneau

Director of Operations

Having joined Annexio following his time at Barclays and 188BET, Sebastien is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the enterprise-wide IT environment, in addition to overseeing the Member Support, Betting Operations, and Payments functions.

Our fantastic Legal and Compliance team is responsible for handling all regulatory matters and navigating the industry's ever-evolving legislation.

Our HR professionals manage all aspects of recruitment, candidate screening, benefit provisions, and staff training.

They are also responsible for effectively implementing our policies, as well as handling employee relations and development programmes.


Whenever one of our players has a question about their bet or needs some assistance with their account, our outstanding Member Support team is on hand to help.
