The Team

You will join the Marketing Acquisitions team, responsible for driving player growth across Annexio's markets. The team utilises various marketing channels, including Affiliate marketing, PPC, Display and Native advertising, with affiliate marketing playing a key role in scaling acquisition.  This role reports into the Head of Affiliates.  This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced environment, working across multiple brands and markets, with direct responsibility for driving acquisition through key affiliate partnerships.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Affiliate Manager to manage Annexio’s affiliate programme, Affiliate Empire powered by CellX, and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners across multiple brands.  This role is suited to someone with at least 4+ years’ experience in the iGaming industry managing affiliate partnerships, specifically within the UK market, who is confident managing a high volume of affiliate relationships while driving revenue and profitable growth.  You will own key partner relationships and play a central role in driving affiliate channel performance.  The successful candidate will be highly relationship-driven, comfortable negotiating deals, and confident analysing performance data. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimise partner performance.

Experience across multiple markets is highly desirable, particularly exposure to the US sweepstakes (sweeps) space, alongside other regulated regions.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Annexio’s affiliate programme, Affiliate Empire powered by CellX
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners
• Lead commercial negotiations (CPA, hybrid, rev share), ensuring deals drive profitable growth
• Analyse performance data (FTDs, conversion, player value, retention) and translate insights into actions
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure affiliates are delivering high-value players
• Work closely with BI and internal teams to identify optimisation opportunities
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to support acquisition growth
• Manage multiple brands, partners, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure that all affiliate activity complies with applicable regulatory requirements and brand marketing policies across each region

Required Experience, skills and qualities:

Essential:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in the iGaming industry managing affiliate partnerships
• Strong experience managing UK-facing affiliate partnerships
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage commercial deals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Experience managing multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Desirable:

• Experience working across multiple brands
• Exposure to US sweepstakes (sweeps) markets
• Experience across additional regulated markets (EU, ROW)
