Paid Social Manager

We’re looking for someone to join our small but rapidly expanding team in a fun co-working space in Bloomsbury, London. You’ll have a good understanding of social media marketing, especially Facebook, you’ll be well organised and have good attention to detail. You’ll be interested in understanding and learning about one of the most powerful forms of marketing in the 21st century.


  • Developing and managing full funnel Facebook campaigns. This will involve ad strategies, campaign build, bid management, advert optimisation, budgeting and budget pacing

  • Meeting daily and monthly commercial targets, managing daily budgets of £10k+

  • Write original ad copy and content to support our social acquisition and retention strategies

  • Maximise the performance of your campaigns in line with key performance indicators for the business, including delivering high-quality leads and optimising return on investment

  • Work with and brief in-house designers to develop a range of visual assets – including images, banners, animated gifs and videos - in the creation of striking, effective campaigns

  • Able to take ownership of internal development projects and estimate ROI from each request

  • Immerse yourself in the digital industry, keep up to date with relevant trends and look out for new techniques

  • Being a role model for junior team members and assist in their professional development



  • 24+ Months’ Paid Social Experience

  • Proven experience in Social media buying, preferably in the gaming sector

  • Managed large budget Paid Social accounts (£100K+/month)

  • Fluent with Facebook Ads Manager

  • Experience working with a PMD, preferably SMARTLY

  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a natural flair for data sets and an exceptional level of understanding of customer segmentation and data selection

  • A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic

  • Passion for digital marketing

  • Able to develop and test original ideas

  • Excellent command of written English

  • Good understanding of retention marketing


  • Messenger bot experience

  • Working of Google Analytics is a plus

  • Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability

  • Ability to think laterally on new approaches and creative concepts

  • Commercially savvy
